This fret press caul works with the drill press, it's self leveling with 9.50mm (3/8") shank to fit the arbor press or drill press. Made of Steel.
Fret Press Inserts:
These Fret Press Inserts are made of brass, 63.50mm wide, the groove can keep the caul centered on the fret, fit our fret press caul and handheld fret press.

I purchased an arbor press from grizzly industries to use this with - the press itself was a fourth of the cost of the major manufacturer of guitar tools your product plugged right into that and has worked flawlessly from the day. I got it very impressed. Will continue to use and purchase their other products.
This is a simple devise that should not cost 3 times as much as they do, you will not regret buying this fret caul. The press inserts are flat and the radius's are correct. Not a big deal but I did have to deburr the radius edge (took a couple minutes). I'm looking forward to to nut files when they offer them......(Hint Hint!!!)
Great product
This worked perfectly for my newly crafted neck. Very easy to orient to the fretboard and I like the firm pressure and control I got using the press. I was sure to use a good neck cradle segment to provide stability and avoid undue pressure on the neck. Upon completing the job, I did not identify any issues and all frets were seated perfectly. I kept my fret pliers handy and clipped as I went. I was ready to go to work on fret filing in less than 10 minutes. While I cannot speak to the benefits of other, way more expensive options, this is a very simple solution to assist fretting jobs. Cannot recommend highly enough.
