The bottom surface of a nut or saddle needs to be flat and square for a proper fit. When sanding by hand, it can be difficult to keep the piece perfectly vertical, which may result in an uneven bottom and poor contact.
The Nut & Saddle Sander is designed to make this process faster, easier, and more consistent. Simply place the nut or saddle into the tool, use the adjustment screws to set the desired amount of material to be removed, then sand the assembly on a flat surface with sandpaper.
The tool keeps the nut or saddle properly aligned while sanding, helping you achieve a flat, square, and even bottom surface with greater accuracy.
Made from aluminum with brass components and steel ball bearings, the sander is durable and smooth to use.
