Product is sturdy, straight and a bit sharp. I recommend this product.
Did what it was supposed to do. I found the two bad frets and at a decent price.
Zero difference between this version and the higher priced versions out there. All smooth edges and corners, 1/8" thick material. There are some very small mill marks but if they bother you I'm sure they would polish out easily with 320 grit paper. I would not hesitate purchasing this one if you are on the fence between Elmer or the other brands out there.
Used it to confirm a slightly high fret on one of my guitars before doing any filing. Nice tool to have.
Great tool at a reasonable price! Fast shipping, solid feeling. I will consider some other products from Elmer tool now that I know the quality of the machining.
