These shields are indispensable when doing any sort of fret work. Being only .010” thick they can bend to accommodate and fingerboard radius.
The new model fingerboard protectors are slim, so they can fit on high frets of guitars, basses, banjos and ukuleles. And the new model has 2 notches that are designed for using with the provided rubber band to free your hand while you doing the fret work.
Made of stainless steel. .010 thick.
